Convert a two-person chat history into a relationship K-line chart. When invoked, walk the user through providing a chat file, run the local preprocessing pipeline, score every "turn" (consecutive same-sender block) with v3.1 semantic deltas, expand back to message-level scored.jsonl, and hand off to the local web frontend for visualization.
