Claude Stop 훅 / Codex notify 자동 재개 + FIND → FIX → VERIFY 자율 사이클. AI가 "다 했다"고 착각해도 시스템 레벨에서 완료 조건을 검증합니다.

동작 원리

/chronos 버그 다 고쳐줘 --max-iterations 20 --completion-promise '모든 테스트 통과'

→ 1. setup-loop.sh가 CLI별 상태 파일 생성 (`.claude/`, `.codex/`, `.chronos/loop-state.md`)
→ 2. AI가 크로노스 로직 수행 (스코프 감지, FIND→FIX→VERIFY)
→ 3. AI turn이 끝나거나 세션이 종료되려 함
→ 4. CLI별 훅 체인이 상태 파일을 재검증
