14 — Independent Idea Engine

Two Modes

Mode 1 (FIRST): Defect Discovery — scan for stubs, placeholders, "Coming soon", mocks, disabled buttons, empty arrays, lorem ipsum, TODO comments, gray boxes. These are DEFECTS. Fix immediately, no approval.
