Manage
Run a linear config-management loop.
Workflow
- Parse management intent (create/update/delete).
- Resolve target files and blast radius.
- Apply minimal edits and keep references consistent.
- Run required checks from
../_shared/quality-gates.md. - Decide gate result (
passorfail). - Write artifact to
.reports/codex/manage/<timestamp>/result.json.
