The single command users invoke. Inspects the repo, decides whether ideation is needed, and dispatches to /super-bootstrap:harness-bootstrap. Greenfield repos get lean ideation first — overview.md (with empty ## Roadmap section) + techstack.md + empty backlog.md — then harness-bootstrap proceeds.
