Moves a status: ready draft from scribetronic/calendar/<week>/ into the Astro blog at src/content/blog/, generating frontmatter that matches the collection schema. Archives social derivatives — sourced from <week>/derivatives/ — to scribetronic/published/social/<channel>/. Updates scribetronic/calendar/history.md and the matching row in <week>/plan.md. After publishing, optionally archives the entire week if every row in its plan is published or skipped. Does
