BA Concept Model Skill
Purpose
Produce a rigorous Business Concept Model — a structured taxonomy of the core business objects a domain manages — from any input. The Concept Model is the semantic backbone of the business architecture: it names and defines the things the organisation cares about, classifies their relationships, and cross-validates the Capability Map by ensuring every capability is grounded in a named object and every object has at least one corresponding capability.
