MMM Intake Questionnaire

Purpose

The intake questionnaire captures everything needed to build a well-specified MMM. It produces ./mmm-workspace/spec.yaml — the single source of truth for the entire framework.

Two Modes

`/mmm-intake-quick` (5 questions, ~2 minutes)

For smoke tests and rapid prototyping. Collects:

Company name + industry
Data file path
Channel columns (comma-separated)
Target column and unit description
Greenfield or brownfield?
